We were pleasantly surprised this week by this warm shower of this critical consumer channel.

How fantastic that a customer made the effort to report this to TROS Radar. For us as a starting company, this is a super experience that we are very proud of.
It confirms once again: people understand that sometimes things go wrong … as long as you solve it quickly and properly for them.
